  1. Airfry or bake frozen Vege Roasted Chicken for 10 minutes at 180°C
  2. Heat vegetable oil and soft margarine in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, curry leaves, bird's eye chilli and torch ginger flower, saute for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in low-fat milk and black pepper and continue stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the Vege Roasted Chicken and stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats all the ingredients.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

cooking method


  1. Simmer Chinese cabbage and radish in a large pot of water for 30 minutes, strain and save the stock for later use.
  2. Blanch Lion's mane mushrooms, Layer tofu, Japanese tofu puff and other vegetables separately for 1 minute, then set aside.
  3. For the gravy, add 500ml vegetable stock, 200 ml mushroom water, vegetarian oyster sauce and soy sauce in a pot and bring to a simmer. Add in corn starch water (mix corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water) to the mixture, stir until the mixture thickens and then set aside.
  4. To assemble, arrange the blanched radish and Chinese cabbage in the bottom of a claypot or ceramic pot, then place the rest of the ingredients on top.
  5. Lastly, pour the gravy on top and heat the pot on the stove before serving. Enjoy!

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl
  3. Arrange all the fruits and vegetables in individual sections on a large plate.
  4. Arrange the airfried or baked VegeWorld Veg.Cod Nuggets and the VegeWorld Golden Oyster Mushrooms in the top centre.
  5. When everyone is gathered around the table, drizzle the dressing over the vegetables.
  6. Ask everyone to toss the Lou Sang with chopsticks and enjoy!

  1. Put the carrots and radishes in a large bowl. Sprinkle them with 1 Tablespoon of sugar and 1 Tablespoon of salt. Mix with hands and then set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sugar, water and white vinegar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Rinse the carrots and radishes with cold water, drain and place in a jar or container. Pour the sugar-vinegar solution into the jar, close it and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  4. Airfry or bake the flower buns at 160 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes until golden brown, then cut the buns in half horizontally.
  5. Panfry Ultimeat Plant-based Chicken Style Burger Patty in a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Panfry each side for 3 minutes.
  6. Cut the fried Ultimeat Plant-based Chicken Burger Patty in half.
  7. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
  8. To assemble, spread the sauce on the flower bun, followed by a few lettuce leaves, 1 piece of Ultimeat Plant-based Chicken Style Burger Patty, pickled carrots and radishes and finally another piece of flower bun. Ready to serve and enjoy!
