ultimeat Plant Based Chicken Bolognese

Cooking Method

  • Sauté carrot, celery and leeks with olive oil until caramelised.
  • Add in mixed herbs and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste & chopped tomatoes
  • Add in Ultimeat Plant-based Chicken Style burger patty (cut in chunks).
  • Pour some water & add basil, season with salt, pepper & sugar.
  • Simmer 15-20 minutes until the patty is done.
  • Served with blanched pasta.

Preparation Method

  • In a small sauce pot, simmer water.
  • Add in soy sauce, rock sugar and ginger.
  • Mix corn flour with 3 tablespoons of waters and pour into the pot.
  • Continue simmering until it thickens.
  • Ready to serve.
Teriyaki Sauce

Preparation Method

  • Put all ingredients in blender.
  • Blender all ingredients.
  • Blender until smooth and thick

Preparation Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a small pot.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • On the stove, with slow fire stir it until a paste forms.
  • Turn off fire and it's done.

Preparation Method

  • Using margarine sauté curry leaf and chilli.
  • Add in the cream, water, sugar and salt.
  • Continue cooking until the cream is bubbling.
